Our technology employs on-chip inductors to preemptively capture energy in a magnetic field that would normally be lost as heat from circuits changing from 1s to 0s.  RF analog techniques of inductors have been combined with high-speed digital switching technology in a unique way. These inductors are incorporated into the chip design and can recycle energy on Clock, Data and Memory circuits.  Our technology provides next node performance / power at a significantly lower cost.

After the successful execution of our test chip (TSMC) in 2020, Rezonent is now focused on the development and delivery of its technology on FinFET nodes, focusing on applications in the data center market where the technology offers outstanding value.  During 2021, the company will transition existing libraries and software and continue development of additional libraries and application software.  This will allow customers to embed our libraries in their SoC designs from the RTL netlist to place and route phases of development on FinFET nodes.
